I am currently a PhD student at the CBP laboratory, which is part of the Biotecmed Institute at the Universitat de València (Valencia, Spain).
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the Universitat de València in 2024 and completed a Master’s degree in Virology at the same institution in 2025. Both my Bachelor’s and Master’s theses focused primarily on the interactions between viral entomopathogens and their hosts, and on how these interactions influence host behavior.
During this work, I acquired experience in several techniques, including quantitative PCR, DNA and RNA extraction, and HCR-FISH. I am particularly passionate about virology, molecular biology, and genetics.
In December 2025, I was awarded a grant from the ONCE Foundation to begin my Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Biomedicine, marking the start of a new and exciting stage in my scientific career.
